3.2 Payment: All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of these payment processors. All fees are quoted in Euros and are subject to change.
3.3 Refunds: Refund eligibility varies by course and is outlined in our Refund Policy. Generally, course fees are refundable within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course materials.
3.4 Course Access: Upon enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the course materials for the specified duration. Access may be revoked if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Our Content: All content on DesignVerse, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, is the property of DesignVerse or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of DesignVerse and is protected by international copyright laws.
4.2 Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:
- The right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website, except as incidental to normal web browsing or as explicitly permitted in writing by DesignVerse.
